If every evolutionist lived out his world view...

I would not be going to geology class!

Are you implying that your geology teacher is an evolutionist? or that you are? :~p
Yes, I'm with you on that. If they would live out the worldview they say they have then they would have nothing to do with education, and we would all be free!

That brings on a little bit of a thought...
Do you think that we all inevitably live out the worldview that we hold, just perhaps not the one that we think we hold? Does reality always show us our actual worldview? Would this mean that, regardless of what they say, no one is truly a relativist?

This reminds me of "The Last Battle" and how the young soldier's service to the pagan god Tash is rewarded to him as service to Aslan. Since his service was sincere, Aslan tells him that although he thought he was serving Tash, he was actually serving Aslan.

Here's a weird thought: If a person believes in relativism because he thinks it is true (relativism is a difficult example because it doesn't really believe in "truth", but as a weak example for the sake of argument...) could we say that he is uninformed, but ultimately seeking truth? This as opposed to one who believes Christianity because it gets him through life, but not because he thinks it is true. Perhaps one is better off believing what is wrong for the right reasons than what is right for the wrong reasons.
AH! I've run out of thinking juice! Plus, I feel like I may be dabbling into a weird sort of offence to correct theology. :~/

Help me out here...two questions:
1) Do you think that our actual worldview is always the one that we practice, and that our practice always demonstrates this worldview?
2) Do you think that if one is pursuing the truth but is currently wrong, he is better off than if he is not pursuing the truth, but is currently "right"?
